Would you like to acquire your accommodation before you arrive in London?

If you click on Letting, a complete list of our currently available properties will appear containing full text descriptions, photographs, detailed floor plans and location maps. Once you choose a property, you can contact us for more details or simply send a London-dwelling friend or relative to view the property for you. Please remember you are choosing your accommodation from on-line so please ask questions ahead of time in order to make sure the property meets your needs.

If you decide to take the property you have selected:
1. You need to pay a minimum holding deposit of the amount of two weeks rent.
2. Once you have credited the payment to our account, fax or send a copy of the receipt from the bank.
3. We will send you a tenant application form upon receival of the bank receipt.
4. Please complete the application form and send it back to us via fax or post.
5. The original invoice of your payment will be sent as soon as we receive your form.
6. Now you can start to prepare your references.

If you have paid a holding deposit for a property:
1. You need to provide us a guarantor who works in England or Wales. Your guarantor should provide us his/her work reference, proof of income, copy of some identification and a letter which confirms he/she is fully responsible for your rent payments.
2. You will need to send us a copy of some form of identification for yourself and provide a letter from the school at which you will be attending.
3. You must one month rent in advance and one month deposit as well as one week administration fee subject to your references, at the signing of the tenancy agreement.
4. If you can not provide a guarantor you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit than 1 Month.

If we prefer not to provide you with the tenancy, your holding deposit will be sent back within 3 working days.

If we are satisfied with your references, your Confirmation Letter will be sent to you within 2 working days.

The arrival of your Confirmation Letter signifies your accommodation is ready for you to move in. Your holding deposit will be deducted from your rent and you will receive your keys upon completion of payment and signing your tenancy agreement on the arranged date.

Please do not lose your receipt and confirmation letter as you will need them at the signing of your tenancy agreement.
