TENANTS GUIDE :

TG1- Selecting a property of your choice
All available rental properties are displayed on our website on the Lettings page. Our Letting List is designed to make it much easier to spot the property you like with full details. You may always find a suitable property to meet with your requirements.

TG2 - When you have chosen a property :
You may need to arrange a viewing for the property you have selected. If so, please click Request a viewing button just on the left above the picture or call us. Then you will be given an appointment to meet at this property with one of our agents, to assist you during the viewing.

TG3 – Confirming and attending your viewing :
It is always best to be sure that you have the correct address and confirm you’re viewing, if for some reason the agent meeting you was not able to contact you to confirm in advance. Please ensure that you have the office number with you when you are on your way to the viewing. We advise you to print out a map indicating the exact location of the property.

TG4 - If you decide to take the property you have viewed:
You may always obtain the necessary information from our agents during the viewing in order to take the next step in the procedure or you may call to our office directly. It is always advisable and preferably for to have an email with your interest to the property you whish to take. You will be contacted upon your email.

TG5 - Applying for a property:
After you express your interest in renting a property that you have viewed, firstly you will be provided with an online secure application accounts that includes all necessary information including detailed breakdown of payments, online tenancy application form to be completed. You will also be able to upload all required references from this application admin panel. This procedure takes few steps to complete the entire application and you will only need to come to office when you are taking the keys and for signing your tenancy agreement.

TG8 - When the tenancy agreement can be signed:
• Once you have confirmation that your application is approved, at that
same time or within the following 24 hours you will be given
an appointment to sign the tenancy agreement.

• The tenancy agreement should be signed within the next 2 days of the
approval unless there is a specific date agreed and confirmed in writing
by Westken Estates Limited.
• This appointment can not be postponed; if postponing the appointment is
necessary for a valid reason then you can have no more then 2 additional
days, unless you agree to start paying your rent from the first appointment
date that you were given.
